1.2. We are constantly adding new ranges to our stock, and we will endeavour to update this site regularly.
1.3. All specified sizes, weights and thicknesses are approximate and may vary.
1.4. Whilst our ranges of papers etc are suitable for most general craft purposes, please note the following;
1.4.1. We have not tested the pH of the papers etc.
1.4.2. We cannot guarantee the resistance to fading of the pigments used in the making of the various papers etc.
1.4.3. We cannot guarantee the suitability of the various papers etc to archival preservation.
1.5. We cannot guarantee the suitability of any of our products for a specific purpose. Customers are asked to make their own tests before making any large orders. We cannot exchange or refund any money on items that have been used, or any products that have been cut to order.
1.6. The abbreviation “gsm” relates to the weights of the papers etc, and is short for grams per square metre. For example a piece of 100gsm paper measuring 1 metre x 1 metre weighs 100grams
1.7. All prices shown on this web site include V.A.T. at the current rate.
2. Colour Reproduction
2.1. Colour matching of products from photographic images or otherwise, which are contained on this or any other website, belonging to the Seller cannot be guaranteed and should be considered as representative only.
2.2. Due to a continual programme of product improvement by the Seller and their suppliers the Seller reserves the right to amend, update or change shades and / or colours of products as necessary.
2.3. The Seller cannot be held liable for any loss or consequential loss whatsoever due to variation in shade / colour of any Goods bought in separate transactions from this Website.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. We accept credit card transactions over the telephone (Mastercard, Maestro (Switch), or Visa etc) or cheques in the post (which will be cleared before goods are despatched).
3.2. All our prices include VAT at the current UK rate.
3.3. Minimum order value £10.00 excluding delivery charge.
3.4. A receipt will be sent to you together with your order. We cannot exchange or provide a refund on items that have been used.
3.5. If a product arrives damaged, please inform us immediately by telephone.
3.6. If you have ordered the wrong goods we will be happy to exchange them provided you pay the postage both ways, and they are returned to us in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase, please always obtain and keep proof of posting.
3.7. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be forwarded on to you at the earliest opportunity.
3.8. We must be notified within 7 days from date of receipt of goods of any damage or shortage.
4. Terms of Sale
4.1. We reserve the right to change prices from those previously published. Under UK law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order.
4.2. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage.
4.3. Goods must be returned as new and unused. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers must be unopened.
4.4. The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit.
